    :woot: nice job.

I have a hard time judging how much I've lost because my weight seems to fluctuate from day to day. I was down 7 yesterday at 260. Going for a ride tomorrow morning in The cold, 3° at sun rise. Then I'm playing basketball at 7 tomorrow night. My conditioning is really getting better. I've already noticed some pants fitting better. I think I've actually lost more fat than 7 lbs, but I'm building some muscle too. At my heaviest weight ever, I can still dunk a basketball.

That's easy when you are 7 feet tall...

Just kidding. Congrats on losing weight. I'm back up to 233. I was at 215 in June, but moving and baby seem to make it hard to keep the weight off.

I put on 15lbs living with the in laws and building the house and having Corbin. Stress can be a bitch for keeping weight off.

I couldn't dunk when I was in high school at 195 lbs, but now at 265 I can. Kinda strange.

Yes it can. This class is helping me get back into shape. PT 3 times a week, and mostly crossfit like stuff. Lots of reps of body weight exercises, and sprints. Thankfully, not a lot of running distances.

At 233. I'll hopefully leave here at 225. Then I'll get back into the gym when I get to WA and lose another 10. 215 is around my best looking weight.

Yeah stress makes it super hard to lose weight, that and finding time to stick to a regimen, babies don't help with that either :) Keep at it guys, don't let this old fart make you guys look bad :)

I'll be back to my normal diet in a few weeks and the weight will start dropping again.

So I realized I may not have enough stuff for who ever my gifter for SS is this year. If you read my random post somewhere else, I have straps and some recovery gear. No hi-lift though. Always could use more LED's. I am also gluten free.

There. I gave them a small amount.

Actually, I think I have have broken its back last night. Less coughing, and less, um, variation, in what I cough up
    Hmmmm, Brady4x4
I might actually go for my first run in 3 months tomorrow, if I feel better. I anticipate much wind sucking and soreness...and I want to work my way up to where I can do boot camp at the gym again. It is right next to the office, no excuses, I need to kick my own ass a bit.

No matter what you do I'm not sure you could make us look "bad" ;):D

I'm trying to watch my diet. I love food so it is hard. I just trying to cut down portions, and limit pop. Add in some exercise And hopefully I'm on a downward trend.

I've lost a lot of my "food love" I used to have. I could make chicken and broccoli and be happy. Erica can't though, so it's tough for her if I do the cooking. She also doesn't like fish like I do. Can be tough in the house sometimes!

    that works!

I haven't been to an off-base liquor store here to find other GF beers. So, AO, vodka and jager have been my drinks.

Oh, I had some CO GF beer the other day. I need to find it again. It was awesome. Got REALLY strong at the bottom though.

No one got crushed. my 18 month old niece freaked out on a big slide though. Who would have thought something that small could be so effing loud!

Thank you! Our living room is covered in Angry Birds and Lego. :goingcrazy:
