    Haha, yeah you can bet I'm never making that mistake again!

    Yeah, why? I'll post up one of the photos I took that night. They turned out alright, it wasn't the best of locations.
    All you have to do is set the shutter to self timer/remote and then set the shutter speed to 'Bulb' in Manual mode. Then it'll open the shutter for as long as the button is pushed down. Or if you have the remote it'll open the shutter the first time you press the remote button and close it the second time. Pretty simple, really. (Just don't forget to remove the freakin' lens cap!)

    ahhhh i didn't know a remote could trigger open and closed with different pushes of the button. That's handy. New about blub mode though. but good to know! haha
