For The same reason theyd hire a right handed actor and then take his character's right eye so he looks stupid everytime he points a gun.

I agree they should have used a more current tank. However, to answer you question. Most tank units keep a couple of each model tank they ever used. The maintain them and show them off. History is a major thing for the Army. It is possible that he was assigned to one of these old tanks.

Or this was the tank they had laying around the props warehouse and no one really cared, "A tank is a tank, right!"

I am glad the governor turned out to be who he really is. That much of a character shift would have been hard to believe. Although, I like the girls he has with him, so I hope they make it through all of this.

Did I read that the governor was only in three episodes this season, so the Mid season finale will be his final down fall?

Ok, so here is another question - did the Gov kill that group they were watching while on a supply run? If so, then were did all of their supplies go? IIRC, the Gov wasn't gone that long. Also, how in the hell could he have done all that because there were no gunshots...Inquiring minds want to know.

The tank: even if that were the newer version (M-60), it still wouldn't have seen service for well more than a decade. The Marines still may have some in their inventory, however, but most of their units converted to the M-1. What gets me, is that there was no rust or anything on it - not even mud/dirt, which the tracks/road wheels/idlers should have been covered. That tank was in better than pristine condition, especially since it has been several years since the apocolypse has happened... Ok, rant over...

The Governor couldn't have killed the people at the other camp

I hate to say it, but I'm sure that they are going to reveal that the Gov. offed that camp all on his own. There's no way that he could have done it while the two brothers were off hunting, Steyrs are one loud ass gun.

Don't get me started on that museum quality tank sitting in the field. Even my wife noticed how "pretty" it was...

It's the little things that are starting to slip through the cracks in the storytelling that bother me the most. Hopefully they aren't going to start using more Zombie scenes to distract us.

My wife grew up with Travis Love- one of the governors right hand men in season 3. He is from Soperton Ga. He comes to Eastman where we live all the time. Talks to the schools and comes out to the recreation department. Very nice guy. Does alot for the kids. Black guy behind the governor in the pic.

Weren't there more people in the camp than the amount of dead? It seems that when the gov and crew were watching it, there were a good bit more, and it only showed a few dead when they came along the second time.

Was it me or did it look like they had their throats cut? Sorry, but don't think the gov could had done that, either...

That's always nice to hear. Didn't Martinez say that he had to put him down?

Gov, Woodbury Tdogg, and Martinez were the three that we see camping together after the masacre on the roadway, then they ditched the Gov.

That is very cool, 09. We are a few miles up the road in Perry. My daughter (RN) just got a new job there at the hospital recently and they live in McRae right now.
