I've argued with a few Chevy and GMC guys over this. Said the same thing had nothing to say back when I said my truck was assembled in north Carolina

There are plenty of American vehicles that use foreign parts, or are re-badged foreign cars. GM and Toyota has had quite a few joint ventures over the years. GM and China have had joint ventures forever. Some Mazdas are re-badged Fords, and vise versa. A Pontiac Vibe is nothign more than a Corolla Matrix. Dodge Stealth was a 3000GT. Fiats are made in Chrysler plants. Lotus uses parts from everyone. Lamborghini has been passed around a few times (currently owned by VW/Audi). I know the transmission in my Taco is used in a few GM vehicles.

Guess it's hard to say how much of any vehicle is domestic or foreign.

Tacoma's and Tundras are on the list of "union approved" trucks that their members can buy. Believe me if the union is OK with it it's helping Americans.

All that BS aside in the end all of our checks go to a constitutional monarchy

My last truck was a Dodge Ram that was built in Mexico. I've been in a few arguments with someone saying at least you where supporting an American Company, but that company doesn't give a shit about supporting American jobs.

Yep, mine was assembled at NUMMI too. I forget where I found that out though, either by looking up the VIN or maybe some a sticker somewhere mentioned it.
