    Finally hit 275 on Decline today for the first time. Fairly easily, actually. Then my buddy threw on 295 and for some stupid reason I went with it. Didn't work.

    I planned on goin up a little slower. That 275 is a new PR. He threw on 295 and I was like ah, what the heck, go big or go home. Haha. :facepalm:

    How much protein can your body effectively take in one sitting ? I take one scoop of ON whey protein within 15 minutes of finishing my workout cause the tub says to take one. Why not 2 scoops ? Is that to much protien at one time and your body cant effectively use it all and it will just go to waste in your body or possibly be stored as fat ?

    yep...it was the craziest workout I've ever seen since I've been working here lol

    I do 2 scoops of ON whey (50g protein). Everyone absorbs it differently, but 50g seems to be fine for me. Just play around with it. If you find yourself farting right after, maybe you're taking too much lol. I do 2 50g shakes per day and am fine. I'd MUCH RATHER have too much protein than not enough

    10g per hour - rest is stored as glucose or waste...UNLESS you have something to help absorb the protein rate.
