dont have to be! you could fab up some brackets to fit them to your predrille d holes in the frame or you could weld them its really up to you

Not much. Toyota bed mat, Toyota step bars, tinted windows, Toyota seat covers, Toyota all-weather mats, quart of Wild Turkey in the glove box, KelTec PT3AT in the center console, backseat full of old speeding tickets
My truck color is Silver Mica. When I was shopping for bars, I chose a pair offered by my Toyota dealer. They are oval and powder coated silver that matches my truck. I wanted something a little different besides chrome/stainless/black. I get lots of compliments and really like to look ;)

They actually came powder coated. The fact that they matched the truck was just a coincident. I think they were about $300

    Winnar!!

And you can get bolt-on ones that look really slick and are strong as hell. I'm running Shrockworks and am blown away by their build quality and appearance.

:D definetly i am building my own similar to those in the picture. They will be bolt on and they serve a dual purpose strong as hell and great for use as a step. the only problem with tube steps or running boards is that in the winter it seems like junk /slush always gets accumulated on them.Inevitably when you or your passenger get out of the vehicle they drag there pants or skirt across all that crap! that can make for one made passenger :mad:

Those are almost identical to mine. They look just a little bit wider (teeny bit) but thats them :D Maybe its because my truck is a double cab and they just appear wider

I really do contribute nothing of value to this place.

I think I'm ok with that.

I have a silver double cab and trying to decide, I think some sort of black side bar looks best, probably a black nerf bar, or these??
