Made a small change. I've had my hilift and shovel mounted on the rack on top of my topper. It works fine up there but isn't the easiest to access. I already had a hilift mount on my tire carrier. Then I remembered I had a hitch receiver welded to the tire carrier in the center of the wheel mount. So a quick bit of welding and I had my shovel bracket on a quick release in the receiver. Much easier access now.

And it's not on the Tacoma but I guess I'll share it. Got some new shoes for the Yukon too. Hankook Dynapros (265/75/R16) mounted on some new Level 8 Punch wheels.

I have a locking knob I can use with that bracket, but it wasn't installed with that picture. I also have some locking hitch pins for the quick release.

    Here's the locking knob

It's been fun reading the comments. I hope there's never a reason I have to trade/ sell my tacoma

Hey, atleast it's a yota. 10gal tank is getting us 400+ miles per tank. Also, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska have the cheapest gas @ $2.73 a gal. We filled up for $27 bucks

Got blown into the passing lane from the middle lane from a big rig blowing by me in the right hand lane. Middle lane/ right hand lane nice and clean/ salty. Passing lane unplowed and snowy. Slid into the median guardrail at about 25mph when I hit the snow/ ice in the passing lane. Good times... Fortunately the wrap arounds on my tube rear bumper saved my bedsides from any damage.

I know. No major mechanical damage, just need an alignment once I change the seized outer tie rod ends. Just some body damage. Waiting on the adjuster to get back to me about the bodywork. Might be a new bumper in the near future:spy:
