    Stock for now
Weird, because I have a 2014 OR, and it definitely has a 3 leaf pack (2+1). But I got mine at the end of September, and it had been finished a week earlier, so mine was an early production unit.

The next time I go by the NH dealership I’ll check if boththe OR and Sport have the same number of springs. One thing is for sure and that is the Sportsits much nicer than the OR. So muchnicer that I’m now considering the Sport over the OR.

The same shit everyone else has.
Ive noticed this as well. My OR with a rear add a leaf and 5100s set at 1.5 up front sits the same as a stock Sport.

OP you are definitely going to be replacing your leafs when you lift your truck. If you don't plan on lifting your truck then the argument 4 vs 3 leafs is irrelevant. Even with the OR you can get the TSB done so you have 4 leafs
