Clutch felt like :jellydance: this morning. As much as I love driving manual transmission, I believe this will be my last DD with one. I'm getting too old and grouchy for this shit. I need a remote start.

Yeah I know but I have been told that's not legal in VA. Wanting to stay away from that. Plus I park on a steep driveway and I have seen e-brakes fail so I don't want my truck rolling over some kid walking down the sidewalk some day too.

    Gents -

I am placing an order today with Geissele Automatics for some triggers, etc. - if you need anything from Geissele for your AR or SCAR - PM me. I'm an authorized Geissele dealer - just in case you were wondering.

Shhoting from the street. Shooting within 1000' or yards? of a school zone. Shooting from within 100' or yards from the road. I'm sure being FFX they would have got me for other things too.

Piebald Deer. I posted about it in the deer hunting thread. One of the rarer colorations of the white tails.

I believe the only thing your allowed to shoot off in FFX is your mouth and a bow. Anything else is considered a projectile. I've see lot's of piebalds at Quantico, but it's strange to me....they all looked thin....or it could've just been the color. You ever consider hunting there skygear? Huge racks...small bodies. They all eat the same though!

You can take me anywhere to hunt! ;) As long as I do not end up in jail for putting food on the table.

it's a little late for archery since the pressure of gun season is here, but it might be worthwhile to pursue access to a lot of property down in spotslyvania for shotgun. All legal of course!

I'll shoot whatever it takes to take one down, just don't have any fire arms currently.

I think I'm going to look into buying a black powder or a new shotgun so I can shoot slug. My Rem 870 wouldn't do much good with slug so I'd need a whole new shotgun. I took my 243 out last week at Phelps and it's so damn thick there is no point in using a rifle bc you cant see a deer until your 30 yards from it anyway...

This east coast hunting is tough....I miss the Great Plains where you can see a deer coming from 10 miles away.
