Good. I haven't gotten to use them yet, but I heard they help on deads and squats, too

Seat covers, weather tech digi fit, bug deflector, plasti dip wheels, magnaflow muffler, and many more to come!.. as soon as i get money. Ill probably go broke typing this...
When I see a fat chick in yoga pants I die a little on the inside... My dreams slowly vanish and my hope for humanity slowly fades... things are not as they once were gentlemen... the future is beginning to look darker indeed.

I don't see how wrist wraps would help dead lifts or squats.

If your wrist hurt on bench, there is a good chance you're bending your wrist. Try to keep your wrist straight.

It makes me real sad... the new gym I go to in this little town had nothing but dudes and older women who come in for the classes. FML

Just remember, for every fat chick in yoga pants, there's a fit girl in them, too. It's all about yin and yang man...everything balances out.

And, when fat chicks wear them, they shouldn't be allowed to be referred to as 'yoga' pants...maybe 'fried chicken pants' or something...i dunno.

I keep my wrists straight and locked. I've been benching for years and my right wrist just started hurting yesterday, so I'm going to try the straps and see what's up. I don't know if they'll help for deads or squats, but the package they came in says, "To help with bench, deads, and squats." I guess they're assuming any exercise that your wrists move will benefit from the straps.

Wrist straps certainly help on dead lifts, not too sure about squats. But if im lifting heavy and want to make sure my dead lifts hit my back the most without my grip failing first i go to my straps. But yes, lock those wrists people

Hell yeah! I always think of it as a game...you shake it up, let it sit for 30 seconds to a minute, then shake it up again and see if you can drink it all before it settles back out. I've been taking it for a few years now and have only won a few times! :goingcrazy:
