I know. Unfortunately I didn't have that luxury haha. If I had a fully charged pack I was going to store I'd just put it in the truck and go run it for a bit, then come back and test the voltage.

Ahh it just hit me. I ran my cutoff at 3.3v per cell and stored my packs at 3.7-3.8v per cell

Holmes' motors are not build your own. I had a 35T hand wound TorqueMaster Pro in my SCX10 and my GAWD, that motor was SMOOTH. Keep it clean and it will be the best motor you've ever used (in its' class).

He will also add whatever leads you want to it. Just add a note in there and hit him up on RCC for anything real crazy/custom. He's a great dude to work with.

Novak, Tekin and Trinity have been around for a long time in the RC business. I owned both Novak and Tekin ESC's when they first came out over 20 years ago. I know nothing about Atomik or crawlers, though.

I know in his previous attempts, he used a scissor lift and a radio with and extend range capabilities

It is a very fun little park flyer plane. It is a Champ RTF by HobbyZone. Must have absolutely no wind. It weighs so little, the gnarliest crash can happen, and you can just pick it up and throw it back in the air. I took the front landing gear off for better landing in grass.

runtime and power mostly. plus, i like going through water. and while a brushed will run just fine in water, i've had better luck from a longevity standpoint with waterproof brushless motors over the open cased brushed. even with regular cleanings of the brushed motors i have now, they still seized up on me.

i'm not on any forums. i'll brows ocationally on whatever forum a google search comes up with, but so far i haven't run into any issues that i can't figure out on my own, or by bugging Eric

Each of you order one of these and you'll never look back, cause you'll be running everybody over.

    Brushless in a crawler? Psh.
