Cooper is definitely still an American company, headquartered in Findlay, OH.

Thank you everyone for your comments and votes. It seems the majority voted for Cooper A/T3.

The quote I got for 265/70/R17 Cooper AT3 P-rated is $818 out the door with lifetime rotations and road hazards. I am 2WD so the most I'll ever do offroading is driving around on my acreage. We have SNOW in Nebraska so that is why I'm looking at AT tires and I don't want a second set of tires/wheels.

The Cooper AT3 is definitely American since it is stamped with Made In the USA. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

I need some thoughts on this ...i have a 2020 I put on bilstein 4600s. I have nokian rotiva at with kevlar for tires..p rated..i swear I feel it resonate when I drive. If I hit a litle bump if vibrates .im sure the heaby duty suspension doesnt help bur I love the handling it gave me ...i have heard tires with kevlar will give a stiffer ride..it doesnt feel too stiff just resonates and feels like excessive motion after a bump but only in the tires.i can still drive straight its not like bump steer.
.i currently have 245/75/16 tire size and the steel wheels that came on the sr.i just ordered icon rebonds 17" so I will be getting new tires soon.i do mostly.higheay with some offroad but I need good wet and winter traction.the highway here is mountains steep and curvy.plenty of wrecks everytime it snows.i def want a a.t. tire .i am wondwring ypur thpughts on the whole kevlar ordeal and if u jave had any tires that have resonated ..like if u tap the sidewall u can feel and heae it go boinnnnggggg .i feel that when I drive ..i am looking into general grabber atx, deegan 38 at lt and yokahoma go15.the mickey being the only lt tire .i hear good reviews on it besides one person sayin thr wet traction sucks .the general I hear is soft and great but maybe mushy arounf corners and some have had vibrarion or balancing issue. The yokahoma I have heard some say they get a flat spot overnight but after a mile of dribing its great again...i am wondering since I have a heaby duty suspension if a lt heavier 10 ply but 2 sidewall tire woukd create leas resonance and feel better to me .i dont care if a bump does feel a little bit harsher to me as long as there is no resonance or vibrarion. Just take the impact like a man and keep going lol know what I mean? So will lt tires give me the desired feeling I'm looking for or do u thibk this is maybr a fluke with this tire doing this or maybe its the kevlar thibg or whats your thoughts? All I know is I cant stand feeling like I got electric toothbrushes as tires

Cooper AT/3 is my vote. I've owned Duratracs and At/3s and for my driving, AT/3s are the better fit.

TRD Sport 4x4. 70-80% pavement. 10% gravel/hard pack. the rest somewhat aggressive sand/mud.

The Duratracs were a bit better in the deeper sand and mud but the AT/3 is better on pavement.

The big difference is noise! The Duratracs got so loud at about 60% tread remaining I pulled them and put at/3s on.

I just got Duratracs. While I love them and am happy with my choice, they’re loud! Much louder than the Wildpeaks I took off, which were dead quiet compared to these. I knew they were loud going in though, and the pros outweigh the cons for me.

Of those 3 the Coopers. For highway with occasional off-road I have to second the recommendation of Michelin LTX AT2.

edit, just realized OP is ancient…. LoL
