    When you regear, you will see. It really fucks up your speedo/odo, like waaaaaaay off. The little 33 tooth gear at the t-case sending unit gets it pretty close tho.

    And Monte, I said all that stuff happened before the regear.

    This all reminded me of the thread where the guy was telling the colpthat the bigger tires actually correct the speedo, which is true if you go to like 265/75's but he jumped up to 35's!!!:rofl: he was convinced tol that his 35's corrected the speedo. Haha and was asking us how to go about fighting the ticket and we all told him that the ticket was legitnand his speedo is probably reading about 10% over at least! Haha

    Uggh So found out me coming on board is by out a current 50% owner.... So i need to get the assessment done on the company... from my understanding he wants what he invested which is 30k.....

    I told him that 30k is acceptable if the company is worth 60k or more... lol


    I gave him the option to a couple third party companies that will figure out the value of the company
