Pretty good game between the basement dwellers of the of the SEC West (sans Arky). Nice move by the hunchback letting the kid play with a potential to end his career. But a entertaining game, nonetheless...

 

Only if you watched the last 5 minutes. Otherwise it was a snoozer

It was a hell of a game to be at. Too damn cold to stay all the way though.

 

Dak was cleared but he wasn't in the greatest of shape. Kind of like Spurrier playing Shaw in the 4th quarter against Mizzou.

 

Just read, MSU had doctors flown in from Nashville to check Dak out and cleared him to play. This morning he wasn't expected to touch the turf, but the doctors cleared him right before the game. The injury wasn't expected to get worse or be career ending, but Mullen thought Damien could win until the 4th. After the pick, he turned to Dak and asked if he wanted in.

 

Maybe y'all will end up in the Independence Bowl

 

Hell, I'm good with that. Or Birmingham. I can travel for either of those.

That damn Ole Miss bandwagon just fell to shit. They lost all of the momentum their program had because of these past two games. We're ahead of them in SEC rakings, so we should, in theory, end up in a better bowl game.

 

The Birmingham Bowl sucks ass. Wen't there for Carolina/UConn a few years ago. Stadium is old and in the middle of the hood (I was seriously concerned the car wouldn't be there when we got back) and the stadium ran out of hot chocolate and coffee on a day when the high was 25 degrees. Plus, if you come to the Independence Bowl I can get you free tickets

 

Birmingham bowl does suck. The stadium is a piece of shit, and you ARE lucky your car was there when you got back.

 

On Iron Bowl Eve... just a reminder that there are NO F*CKING PLAINS IN AUBURN!!!

Why Literate People should Hate Auburn

 

Only reasons I would rather have that game over the independence bowl is so that the team can heal up from injuries and because I could stay with my sister instead of having to travel.

Shreveport isn't too far from Houston, but I would almost rather spend New Years with my parents and friends than travel for the game. Regardless of where we go bowling, I'm so damn pumped that this team made bowl eligibility. Ole Miss can go to hell.

 

What in the world is going on in this LSU game?
