    Beginning project "strip clearcoat, polish machinined finish then paint silver inside of spokes". 2 spokes down only 22 more to go! It won't be a show quality mirror finish (mainly because it isn't worth the time) but much better than the current nasty clearcoat. I will also have to polish outer surface a few times a year to maintain shine.

    I found a tow truck sign on the ground. thought i would be a nice guy and return it to the place since it is right around the corner. Well, I ended up being detained. The lady claimed I stole it. I clearly told her and the LEO I found it. They value the sign @$100 - officers then proceeded to search my truck saying they smelled weed. (clean shot here) - then they say they smelled alcohol on my breath. Breathalizer - not even a .0000001! Of course, since I do not drink.

    They decided they would not file charges since I brought the sign to the place and there was no proof it was stolen. / However, they told me they gave the lady all my info and she could go file against me at the magistrates office.

    Serves me right for trying to do the right thing and HELP a tow company. Fuck them.


    EDIT - > nevermind. this is a pro this and that site. whatever.
