And yea not surprised really. I bet it helps mostly since the added weight changes how the billies handle so they seem to dampen a bit softer.

I know mine is better wither weight back there. After the first rebuild and i only had the wheelers leafs back there, the rear bumper with just a tire and half the bed rack with the rtt.. it was like butter all the time. then i added the other leaf and it firmed up a lot again. Then i added more and more weight..and my ass end rides freaking awesome. even with shot billies..haha just..scary..on the..highway..and all..haha

 

ahh much better! wonder why the old site is even up...

 

doesn't matter. Due to its placement the rear end takes most of the weight from it.

and yes..that is the major downside of the box..you have a 5' bed now..haha

and i hate how they never go all the way down to the bottom of the bed! Such a waste of space there

 

Have no clue... That old website was the only one I've ever used for research haha the new one takes out all of the required thinking about what you're going to order.


Also looking into these for installing switches under my radio. Just going to measure tomorrow to see whether or not they will fit, and if they do how many I can fit... I only need 5.

Yeah, I love having the toolbox for all of my stuff. But hate how short it makes the bed! Especially the stupid space underneath!

 

yea looked at those. I believe they are too tall by a lot. .5'' or so.

yea..and they aren't square so like the first part is usually angled and all..so the part right in front of the wheel well..worth less..

I know i couldn't use one. Just not economic enough for all the stuff i have.

 

oz just made a pretty slick plywood box that holds his tools. it goes to the floor, stays below the besides because he had the bed cap, and has a lid so you could stack on top of it.

Alright spend my money for me people.... I'm getting an aftermarket magnaflow catalytic converter to replace my stock cat that isn't bad, but the pipe and oxygen sensor port is. Do I buy new oxygen sensors and hope I don't get the infamous catalytic efficiency below threshold cel, or buy an o2 simulator for the rear so I know I will be good?

 

I know right. And he didnt even size the dam thing right.
