    That happened near me, it was a clusterfuck to deal with.
    The explosion was massive, search youtube for baltimore train explosion, a few people got it on tape.
    The road is a private road used by a trash truck company, has been for years.
    There were no signs or warning lights, train was blowing the horn while going through the area, truck driver said he didnt hear it.
    It took several hours to get a load manifest from the train company, rumors started that it was carrying hazardous chemicals, it wasnt.
    Props to the local home depot, they sent a truck load of bottled water to the staging area for the fire, ems and police.

    Er... You are confusing a Grand Cherokee feature with the Cherokee. Cherokee Trailhawk doesn't have Quadra-Lift; it has conventional coil springs and shocks.

    The Grand Cherokee is advertised as having 10.8" of ground clearance with Quadra-Lift set at the high setting.

    I don't think a fire hose would've saved either Paul Walker or his friend in the Porsche...
