Per TC themselves since I did inquire about collapsed and extended lengths for a bypass shock using their new stock length race LCA's...

The 86600 would be the correct hoop for my application with my LCA's....they made the stock length race lowers purposely work with the LT hoops to keep things simple and easily upgradeable.

"BTW, the new race lowers use the same hoop as the LT kits as you no longer need to re-locate the bump stops. Use hoop part # 86600, it is cheaper and easier to install."

Probably the best sounding truck I've heard! I had the DTLT headers with borla catback on my 2011 and was going to get the Vibrant Performance Ultra Quiet resonator added but I had to trade the truck in because it was a Lemon. I got the 2013 now so none of those parts would fit so i left them on the truck :( Great truck man!

ALRIGHTYYYY big much needed update finally here lol

    1) DRIVETRAIN UPGRADE
So just a warning for all you 6-speed Tacomas running TRD SC's: if you plan on running anymore boost(ie: 2.85 pulley) or complimenting mods(intake/headers/exhaust), be prepared to upgrade your clutch in the near future. The grabbing power factory pressure plate is being spread thin with anymore more than a TRD SC. My truck started slipping in 4th, 5th, 6th on low rpm/moderate throttle input. My truck JUST hit 6,000 miles on the odometer. The clutch was never subjected to abuse stemming from operator error(this is my 3rd manual pickup haha), much less "beat on" for any period of time. Kinda sucked, but decided it would be a good opportunity to upgrade a weak link in the drivetrain given the power I'm pushing.

Instead of chancing it with ANOTHER factory clutch, I decided to bite the bullet and just upgraded to the URD Stage II clutch with ARP pressure plate bolts and URD upgraded throwout bearing kit. Engagement point on the pedal is MUCH earlier now, and how it should have been from the factory. Grab is more firm than factory but still maintains a smooth operation, just a bit beefier than the stock clutch. Definitely not an "on/off switch" clutch at all. Highly recommend this to all the TRD SC 6-speed guys!

Pictures from my friend(my mechanic at the local Toyota dealership):

    (URD left, stock right)
    1030201322239_zps11ad3f02_6719a04c0b764a40b325edacd51d3ea58fbfdfd3.jpg

Notice the stock friction material is glazed over but not burned up or worn out---which only means it simply could not hold up to the task of handling all the power. As you can see the contact surface area on the URD is much more substantial than the stock one as well.

    URD Stage 2 clutch installed:

    2) PROJECT WICKED MIDTRAVEL: COMPLETE! :D

Without further delay, here is the list of suspension mods I had installed:
    • ADS 2.5 front coilovers with resis(OEM replacement)
    • ADS 2.5 rear shocks with resis(custom length for Stage 1 Defined SUA)
    • ADS 2.125 air bumpstops
    • Defined Engineering SUA (running as Stage 1)
    • Total Chaos race series stock length chromoly boxed lower control arms (p/n 86500R)
    • Total Chaos spindle gussets (p/n 59698-SB)
    • Total Chaos upper coil bucket tower gussets (p/n 59653)
    • Icon billet upper control arms
    • Wheeler's Superbumps (fronts only)
    • Dezert Toy Fab[DTF] custom fabbed rear ADS air bump stop can mounts
    • Dezert Toy Fab[DTF] custom fabbed front coilover resi mounts for ADS front coilovers
    • "OCTaco" extended length stainless steel braided brake lines

    3) EXTERIOR MODS

If anyone knows my style, it's gotta be SUPER CLEAN. I added a few nice bits that I thought would set off the truck, including some custom bumper work from my good friend Anthony(DTFtacoma) of Dezert Toy Fab.

    • Dezert Toy Fab[DTF] custom fabbed "clean" front bumper & skid plate w/20" light bar mounting tabs - BOLT ON! (being powder coated satin black ASAP)
    • Chinese 20" LED light bar "Rigid knockoff"
    • custom white powder coated rings on my TRD faux beadlock wheels
    • new 285/75/r16 Toyo Open Country AT2's
    • brand new 2014 OEM Toyota "SR Package" factory smoked housing headlights

    Here she is now:

    Yes, I sold my '13 Taco. :'(
I just threw the Toyota boxes in my storage unit, but I'll try to get those numbers to you this week.

Yessir, just takes a lot of patience to get everything together haha. She rides like a dream, Matt. ADS Shocks are definitely the real deal. Thanks again!

Thats the plan after I get the alignment done and the bumper powder coated.
