Well, I took advantage of Auto Anything's 20% off sale, free shipping and no tax.

New 5x7 headlight assemblies to complete the parts compiling for the front end swap, and Husky floor liners front and rear.

Can anyone tell me if this will clear the wheel tubs in the ext cab 1st gen tacoma? I noticed alot of the pix I saw of boxes in tacomas dont have 90* corners like this one I posted.

Thanks. Seller says its for small pickup its only a few minutes away so i'll probably check it out this evening

Eibachs will definitely work with a plate bumper haha They actually work better with some extra weight in the front from what I'm told.

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
Anyone know how much the Eibachs will drop after I add a 100# plate bumper?

I'm wanting to keep the full 3". Would there be too much preload if I add a 1/4" top plate spacer to both sides after the bumper is added?

FYI... My setup is Eibachs and Bilsteins.

I figure if it's ok to add a 1/4" top plate spacer to fix taco lean, why not add 1/4" top plate spacers to both sides and keep the full 3"s

Depending on how long you've had them on you may still be over 3" if they aren't broken in yet. I know when I put mine on I was at 3.5" over stock.

I also have a diy relentless on order so I'll let you know how much it drops if I get mine on first.

Anybody remember what they paid to have a rear wheel bearing pressed in? Shop told me they would charge me for disassembly of the brake/misc stuff and I would get that back in pieces but still wanted ~80 bucks to do it, seemed a little steep to me...

Got the codes pulled (P040 maybe? just glanced at the little reader) and he said it was for o2 sensor, exhaust leak, or cat problem. How should I approach this?

I'd replace the o2 sensor first. Otherwise you may need to replace the whole cat.

Speaking of cats... I decided to pull off all the carb crap from the truck. Any ideas as to the going rate for that stuff?? I can't find any OEM stuff for sale and new aftermarket seems to have a wide range of pricing.
