    that won't do much, For an EC stack to work the ephedrine has to be taken with at least 100mg of caffeine. perferbly in the morning. your resting heart rate will kick up and you will get hot and has to piss every 15 minutes. you will lose most out the water weight outta you the first couple of days, after that you just pretty much getting the metabolic effect. sweating and pissing all the time sucks tho.

    If you want, you can pass on the caffeine and take it with a large amount of vitamin C, such as a Emergen-C and that can amplify what the ephedrine does.

    More so dependent on the situation. If a person was out walking around for two days, drinking water constantly, they are going to lose weight. It's not going to be all water either. I lost 15lbs pretty quick doing just that. (not by choice :()

    Well...lemme help you out, if that 's cool. I know what it's like to have to figure out when and where and how to eat as an LEO.

    Get yourself a crock pot, and some chicken breast, cook that shit up real nice and tender and then make something along the lines of pulled chicken out of it. Put that in a tupperwear container and pack it.

    Might I suggest a 6 pack lunch box as well. You can stack 3 provided containers in the center, comes with ice packs too. On the sides are pouches for shakes. Switch out your gatorade with protein shakes and make your own bars on your days off with oats, peanut butter, agave nectar, and protein powder.

    Follow the plan for the workout, you'll cut down quickly. Your diet has to consist of protein to help with the cut, that's why you need to get away from the gatorade. Power Bars....eh some carbs but also sugar. Make your own brother.

    Being an LEO and finding a good time to eat, working in a good diet and making time to work out along with all the other stress we endure is insanely hard, but fully worth it for stress relief and other such things. I make gym time as much a part of my day as work. Stay in shape, the gym needs to be a priority because the assholes, they workout too.

    If you take one word out of that whole thing. Let it be crockpot. That thing is seriously a life saver. Everybody on here complaining about not being able to gain weight, it's probably b/c you don't have a crockpot. That thing will keep protein at the ready.


    Edit. That reminds me. Need to lay out some frozen meat so I can crockpot it tomorrow. Mmmm......
