    dude... they were calling the pats the best team in the NFL today on NFL AM, after we squeaked out a win against the worst team in the NFL. Must not have had enough practice film on them...

    since when? Go to any sports page (other than today) and it all Denver, Dallas, 49ers, Jets, Patriots… You hear about the Seahawks about as much as you hear about Tampa Bay, and the Seahawks have the best record in the league

    Trust me. I listen to sports radio, and visit NFL.com and ESPN.com everyday, Seattle has always been the NFC favorite. I know because I read it a lot, and it irritates the shit out of me lol

    Don't get me wrong, the other teams you listed get a lot of media attention too, but not necessarily because of the success of their teams. DAL and NYJ are drama, so its great press. And Peyton and Brady will always get a lot of attention, and their teams are doing well.

    I was never a big football fan and still am not. I arrived in Seattle in 2005 and watched the Seahawks for to the Super Bowl and lose to the Stealers on bad officiating (openly admitted)and at that point I became a fan of the underdogs.

    They are doing fantastic this year and I make no reservations about it, I'll be loud and proud of the Hawks!

    As for "pumping" sound thru the speakers... hogwash! The stadium was partially designed by sound engineers to amplify crowd noise. At lease it's not the Colorado Rockies who humidify their baseballs to lower the chance for home runs. Just saying.
