Yeah, I think 3* will be fine, should still leave plenty of adjustment to spare.

At my old company, the boss would take us all out for lunch and let us drink our faces off on his dime. Normally got us a little gift too (logo'd apparel). Now since I work for myself, I will just take Christmas Eve off and probably the day after to go visit friends and family, see what Santa brought all the young ones.

The company I work for gives us 10 holidays a year but any other time off has to be requested and approved ahead of time. Bonuses are project-based for us and not something that can be relied on since every project is set up different. They also put on a couple holiday parties, one that's just for employees and one that's an open house for employees, clients and other companies we work with regularly. The project teams might also do something separate but that again depends on the project. I've been on the same project for a few years now and our Senior PM is taking us all out to dinner at Limoncellos for the holidays. We also get a nice card in the mail. :)

My company when I first started used to give us 2 weeks payed bonus at Xmas and 1 week payed bonus near the 4th of July . Which was awesome .
Now they sold out to a different company and we get a gift in the mail (which I received today) of all the different products we manufacture . It's not bad but man do I miss that 2 week extra check .
We also have a in house Xmas dinner .

But... no snorkel on that Tundra?! He can't be a real poser unless he has a snorkel.

For Christmas we will probably work Xmas eve then have off Wed. I can take whatever time I want, but I have no life, so why? Plus I am taking off New Years week. For a bonus I will probably get an extra paycheck. Maybe. Didn't last year, got a few hundred bucks.

We have a "scheduled day off" on Monday, and I'd wager they give us a pass on the 24th. That's about it. I'll probably burn some leave and take the rest of the week.

We get 12 holidays i believe. For time off we accrue it every pay period. We get a fraction of an hour of vacation time for every hour we work, which is determined by the amount of time with the company.

We usually get a bonus, but it really depends on how well the company does as a whole and our individual performance. If we do really well we usually also get some profit sharing (extra chink of change pre tax right into our 401k)

I get 3 weeks vacation (4 after 15 years), paid major holidays, birthday holiday, 7 paid sick days and 5 unpaid, $50 thanksgiving bonus, and used to get a week extra pay for xmas. I'll get time 1/2 for Saturdays, and double time for Sundays.

Problem is, as the company grows, they push us harder, and take stuff away from us. Some parts of the company, they already reduced sick/vacation time. Only a matter of time before it reaches me. I'm 3 years away from my 4th vacation week. I hope I still get it by then.

Nice. Sounds like those fiberglass fenders were really required to help contain the additional theoretical wheel travel.

They actually treat us pretty decent.
We get flown down to some hotel in NY (changes every year) where they lay on a big feed and an open bar, usually a live band or a DJ too.
We also usually get a holiday gift of a box of chocolates or something of that nature, plus if we have a good year we usually get a bonus check for a couple hundred bucks.

However, we do have to work Christmas Eve, and the day after Christmas as well, if they fall on weekdays.

    We get 10 holidays off.

Paid holidays for full time workers.

    Profit sharing every quarter.

Not sure on vacation days though.
