    2300 is actually a decent sized house. Its about what my parents house in ohio was (think it was like 23-2400) and it was a perfect size..

    I don't understand the celebs with 30000 sqft homes.. my parents house is a 10th of that and there is a ton of space we dont use

    Yeah it's bigger than the house I owned in down town Denver, plenty of room for what we plan to do in the future. We were going to move west into the mountains, but my wife grew up In a mountain town and had her reasons on why she didn't want to move back right now. The biggest reason is we are not planning more than 1 kid and if we move to the property we were going to she would grow up with the dogs being her only close friends. I didn't think that was fair to her.
