shit 2.5 weeks lol i did almost 20 pounds in 2 days for a.......uh test.

liquid diet (veggie juice and whey)and cardio my man. and stick with the ephedrine and caffeine for 2.5 weeks.

We're here to help each other. Almost any nutrition question or workout question is fine with me... Just take our advice with a grain of salt and remember each body is different

i've never used a crockpot before, nor do i know what the food taste like from a crockpot

 

Hey Jay, another thing that you can do is get a thermos, like a nice big green 1 quart Coleman thermos and make your shakes the night before, put em in that and put it in the fridge over night. It'll stay cool all day and you can just sip on that protein all day long.

I make mine with milk, fill it up full then dump ten oz of milk into a blender cup, blend it and pour it back in, then dump ten oz of that mixture out and blend up more protein. I end up with about 120 g of protein in that thermos, its not thick and with iSatori (NAME DROP) Eat Smart Chocolate Chip, it tastes just like chocolate milk.

What does it taste like? It taste like the food you cooked. Chicken taste like chicken, pork taste like pork, etc.... I always add in some veggies and maybe some type of sauce.
The greatest feeling is when you're hungry and tired, you open the fridge dreading having to cook, then it happens. You see that Tupperware filled with the pulled pork that you cooked the other day. F@@king fireworks I tell you.
