3" lift. $10K in TRD options. Richie's semi-hidden bumper, and soon his Elka suspension
Good luck with the vet. Hope the lumps aren't cancerous.

Since the 4wd started working again, I didn't take the truck in.

There's a Bob run this weekend - if I decide sleep is overrated, I'll go. I will be taping up the hole on the front of the actuator cover - that's the only way I can see water getting in there. There's a gasket between the cover and the housing.

    ROTFLMAO! That was hilarious Corey!

Sorry boys, been quite busy lately and I really debated on showing all ya'll this long awaited bumper before I actually got it installed but....

Unfortunately, bumper did not come completed. Due to many complications, Kevin was unable able to weld the headlight hoops on. Since he wasn't able to find a Taco to mock it up on, I told him to go ahead and just send me the bumper as it was. At least the extra tubing he gave me was pre bent, I shouldn't have much issues getting them completed before going in for powder coating. He did however give me a dual battery tray he had kicking around and also threw in a set of Piaa foglights so that definitely took a bit of the sting away.

I gotta say, this bumper is HEAVY! If you own his rear bumper, you'll know this was built just as good, if not better than the rear. I wanted HD and I got it. This bumper is heavy enough that i'm struggling to pick it up by myself. Now this is how a bumper should be. I need to buy a bathroom scale so I can weigh it, but once I put a winch on it, I hope it doesn't sag the Icons too much. I may need 700lb springs....
All in all, i'm very happy with how this bumper turned out, can't wait to get it mounted.
Since winter is upon us now and this bumper still needs some welding done plus powdercoating, new fairlead and synthetic winch line, it may be a little while before I get it on.

Any recommendations on good synthetic winch line?

Sadly, only got out a few times this past year for wheelin' but I still put the skid plates to use and like usual they got to be repainted before winter time...

AND i'd like to thank everyone for the kind comments regarding my dog Bailey. That boy means a lot to me and really had me scared. Turns out he had a total of 3 lumps on his tongue that we got removed and another lump in his ear was taken out as well. Test results came back, NON CANCEROUS! I couldn't be more happier. :D

lol YAHOO :kona:. Glad you got your bumper Mike. It sucks it wasn't to spec, but that dual battery tray and other stuff is pretty sweet. The mods never end... lol

Happy to hear about your dog. Been down that road and it isn't fun. Glad all is good!

Do eet! If you ever head down this way and want to give it a spin just let me know! Forewarning: It's mine and you will not be able to take it with you haha

Oh and another point about them: I can't remember exactly when, but they changed the camo pattern around '11 or 12. My friend has a 12 and it is not the same camo as mine. (I love mine, hate his)

Thanks for the offer Nick! Actually a road trip down there for atving is a must. Have you rode the Hatfields and McCoys trail system yet? Is that close to you? At least with an Atv, if I broke its not the end of the world, especially being so far from home. Id rather wheel an atv in the US than my truck that's for sure.

I really like the camo look as well. I was reading on GrizzlyCentral that it does have a tendency to fade or rub off or so to speak, ever notice anything like that?
