Just got a kind of offer on the Mazda...little odd so I gotta ask:
Mazda3 trade plus cash for a WRX modded (unsure of mileage, tranny, mods, etc...yet) then I can turn around and just sell the WRX.
It was just offered to me and I'm waiting for specs to come back but if it's good, should I???

You oughta quit screwing around and take whatever offer you get for that car before it blows up. KBB aint always right on prices. Something is only worth what the market supports.

Ok, if it turns out to be a good WRX then I'll go for it and sell that and FINALLY get a freakin' Tacoma.
I've also been supporting any and ALL offers I got on the thing...just for the record. :)

Naw man, I was doing a little research on the car and the people on the Subie forum seem to be NOWHERE NEAR as cool as the community here.

Don't trade stuff, just sell the Mazda! Can you trade it in on a Tacoma?

I mean it's a car trade plus cash to make up the difference between them. I'd think a Subaru is a little more desired than a Mazda?
I could trade it in but I was hoping I could sell it to cover the end difference I'd have to pay when I buy one.

You will be trading junk for junk if you get the Subaru. I guarantee that their is something wrong with that WRX. Why else would he want to get rid of it?

Here's what I'm gonna do, see what the deal is on this WRX and if it's a damn good WRX then I might trade them plus cash and see what kind of trade-in price Toyota gives me on the WRX. I have a feeling it's gonna be a low-end, manual, old, high mileage WRX that is gonna be no good.
If so, then I'm done, I'm gonna try a trade-in.

It's old. I mean I looked at KBB and it's like 9500 for an 02 WRX sedan with no options. So I'd get $11K now and get rid of that and be set. Then I was looking up at like an 06 since it can't be much newer than that and it's like $16K so I'd still be getting $4K right off the bat and then go get rid of that. I just want to see what the WRX has to offer first then I'll take the advice you guys have been telling me for way too long.
