The IBTCARD is interesting. Trying to link 'wallets' to the cards. Have them work at regular POS & ATM's! Built in OTP on card also.

true and there are other crypto currencies that are up and coming that are dirt cheap so if you start to hoard now maybe in a years time you'd be "ballin" thats what he was doing because he was skeptical about bit coin at first but now hes got thousands into another company that started at 5 cents per coin but is now at about 75 cents

its alot better than stocks and it pretty much follows the same principles of gold. and with competitors coming in its just like the dollar vs the euro

 

Yep. Exactly. I was trying to get a vendor that mentioned interest involved. Would have been nice. Also, would have been a nice way to curb some of the inflation pricing on merch from year to year. The currency has it build in.

Ok. SO what about me. ? I bought when they were cheap. REAL CHEAP. Was going to cash in when they hit $60.

Decided I would hold off- Then set a goal for $300

NOPE - was WOW'd and said f that. I'm going to see where this goes.

Over time, I have done some online work, and some in person trading. NOW they are over 1100 each........

Not necezsarily. People are buying and selling and using it as an actual currancy on a second to second basis.

If you bought one bitcoin last night, then sold it today, you would have made more than $100 per coin.

actually OZ your first post is correct. bit coin and crypto currency is to have value like gold except that bitcoin does go down in value from time to time and at some point the value of gold will level out. hold on let me find the video my instructor showed me.

 

There are exchangers all over. MTGOX.COM is a big one and they have a ticker at the top of the site. You can select whatever currency you would like it to display the exchange rate against. So yes, that was ~$100 USD - and whatever the rate would be for CANADA, EU, etc.

 

Also, people use it as an ANONYMOUS CURRENCY. Are able to pay someone electronically with virtually no strings attached if you setup your wallets and proxies correctly.
