Did they write it into the computer you wanted a certain setting? If so it should be on the paperwork. Go back and tell them they did not do what you want. I ran into the same problem a free times with my track car. You have to make sure the guy entering your info into the computer actually tells the tech what you want. Otherwise they forget or just plain don't care to talk to the tech

I highlighted it on the SPC install sheet, gave him the write-up from BJMoose... Shit, mighta well just put it on the lift and done it myself. I'll be rescheduling for them to fix on their dime this time.

That's happened to me more times then I care to remember. Bring it back and after they are done give everything a once over with a torque wrench . Just to be safe .
I had Firestone forget to tighten a lower control arm bolt. I lost the nut and the only reason the bolt didn't come completely out was my skid plate was there to hold it in. Believe me I was more then pissed . Main reason I do all my own work. I don't trust people. Someday when I hit powerball I'll buy my own alignment machine :D

I would definitely pay the going rate for an alignment to be able to get my truck on a rack and do it myself. Piece of mind is more than worth it to me. I hate that it's the only thing I really couldn't tackle on my own just because that machine is so damned expensive.

I saw that one. It's good information but I don't have that much time to waste doing an alignment. I also don't have a place to do it either, my driveway isn't exactly flat and level. I might give it a shot at some point but in the winter, no way!

Usually just a half day the day before Christmas. Depending on where in the week it hits we may get an extra day off but that's not all the time.

In my case I work for Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, so it's tough to really close the business..and even giving a small bonus would cost a shitload with about 5000 employees.

BCBS is huge in MA. Which office are you in? I used to work for the building automation company that serviced all Quincy, Hingham, and Boston.

I'm happy I have a friend who is an awesome mechanic. After town faire told me after I paid for mounting and an alignment that they would not put bigger than stock tires on my truck. And I had to install them in the parking lot to get the alignment I had paid for! They still fucked up the alignment. So now I pay $40 and get it done at Toyota of Falmouth by a real good friend. I would pay more just to know everything is always done exactly how I want it done.

I get coupons for Woburn Foreign. $49 for an alignment. I use them at Jaffarian all the time.

No. Wanted a quick alignment before I started tearing up my tires. Obviously I need to find a Firestone nearby.
