He's got some bolt on sliders to put on and we have to rig up his 2nd batt. Otherwise not really anything I know of. He's pretty set

I'm in for a day trip probably Friday and Saturday but can't camp since I have to work both Friday and Saturday night both 12 hr shifts but I will be there both days if possible. I will be coming from Lynchburg so just need to know what time people will be getting there?

Thread jack :I am going to Shoecreek this friday, for the weekend, with a popup camper, and camping on the backside of the trail. My non-TW friends cancelled today. I am going solo, unless someone wants in on the trip.

    PM me asap.

Now back to your regular thread...

ATTN: Unless there it gets, and stays warm, this week, there will be icy conditions on the mountain. The back road going to the outhouse has some major ice flows going across it, on hills and corners (which are on the shaded side of the hill).
One person went off the road (unplanned downhill sledding in the truck) this weekend, a box truck parallel parked his rig, and a pickup slid backwards into a tree. If it weren't for the truck, and some guys with salt, I might have been it's first victim.

Every truck should have, at least, one 50 lbs. bag of salt. I only went one mile down the back of the trail looking for wood. It was icy everywhere the sun wasn't, and refroze at sundown.

Hope you guys go well prepared this weekend. I may be joining you.

Temps look good to prevent ice this weekend. Although it looks like we might get rained on.
