I've got $250 that can be spent on any parts/service from Toyota.

I don't have any accessories other than stock items on my 2014.

Thinking about bed mat, or divider, or possibly extender (which can serve as a divider).

    Any suggestions?

Bed mat for sure. Maybe a roof rack?

Bed mat is great. I also really like my bed divider. They actually make a great combo

Also definitely the bed mat. If your truck didn't come with them, the door sill strips are also nice. There is also a small cargo net that attaches to the bed cleats. If you can use the money at any dealership, shop several of the online dealerships (google is your friend), prices can vary a lot. Otherwise, find the list price and haggle for 20-25% off.

I vote bedmat! OEM mat is perfect fit and looks good with the "Tacoma" logo on it. Before the mat, all my crap in the truck bed would slide everywhere.

I'd go with Bed Mat or Bed Divider - They're both on my wish list

Bed mat! Makes carrying stuff in the bed so much less of a hassle/worry without it all sliding around

Bed mat is surprising to me. Is it just useful for stuff not sliding around, or is there some benefit i'm not seeing?

Bed mat can be bought after market for about $69.00. I bought the OEM roof rack which is very easy to install, I bought it from a Toyota Dealer on line. Was a lot cheaper then local dealer. I just got extra D-rings on ebay for 4 for $50.00 never been used. They want $60.00 for 2 at the dealer. Shop around on the net.

From what you listed, I would pick the divider first, then bed extender, mat. I would get the mat after market.

If your Taco is a manual-trans, put it towards the TRD short-shift-kit...

Roof racks are something to consider too, that also cost more than $250.

But the bed-mat is a sure hit, and will leave you with money to still spend.

Its hard to say not knowing what truck you have and what you plan on doing with it.
It might be easier to tell us what you where thinking of getting and we could give you feedback.
Me personally i passed on floor mats because i wanted weather techs.
Does your truck have the towpkg? If no Hitch? Brake Controller?
do you live in a cold climate or hot? Remote Start?
From what i have heard the Toyota Bed Mat seems to be higher quality then most aftermarket mats.
If you have a little extra money left over you could get oil filters and compression washers for oil changes.
Do you have intermediate Wipers? I think you can switch the lever to add it (not sure about 2014).
Are you planing on adding aftermarket lights? Extra Light Switches to fit factory slots?
