    try doing your HIIT w olympic lifts.
    cleans and snatches with hand stand push ups against the wall gets your trimmed in no time.
    i dont do cardio, ever since my last (3) knee othoscopics recons i stay far clear from any cardio but this helps tons.

    Dude too much HIIT... That'll destroy your SNV.... HIIT should be your ONLY workout for the day and usually it's a higher carb day... When done right youll be getting a great workout.... High interval low rest... so 60-90 sec of explosion down to a 30-60sec walk off then right back into the exercise... if you do HIIT, a workout, before a workout youll cut, but youll also destroy your body in the process

    ^^^i think it really depends on the time frame between hiit and your training session. I'll do 20-30 min of hiit in the mornings on an empty stomach, and be fine for an afternoon workout. But I do agree with you that if you do hiit, then go right into a heavy lifting session, you will fry your cns. And that takes time to recover from.

    thats what I assumed he was talking about .... I do like 2 a days but it all depends on goals... If you do a two a day... youll need to eat a lot but limit your intake on another day....

    This ^ reason I don't have a crock pot is because you can only eat stringy meat for so long, and have meat cooked so through and through that they fall apart Just doesn't sound that good to me

    Chile verde
    Pork shoulder, cube it and brown in a pan(don't need to brown it)
    Diced onions
    Diced tomato or tomato paste
    Green chile sauce 1-1 1/2 can depends on how spicy you want
    Chicken stock add to desired consistency
    I think that's it. Tastes good and is low carb

    Or you can always keep it simple with
    Beef roast
    Canadian steak rub
    Cup of water with onion soup mix
    Chunks of bell pepper

    I'm sure there's much better ones guys have. Not in a crockpot, but sometimes I'll make beef/turkey meatloaf. Like 5 pounds of it. Keeps well, and throw it in a pan the next morning with some eggs. Easy quick breakfast.

    What about the Bizzy Diet HIIT? 20 min of cardio prior to the workout, 1 min fast 1 min slow...My body hasn't been destroyed yet.
