A song to dedicated to my future front plate bumper:

Where oh where, are you tonight?
Why did you leave me here all alone?
    I searched the internet over,
and thought I saw you here,
    UPS stopped by yesterday,
but PFT you were not on it....

So there are a lot of parts.... Haha

I think the only parts I don't understand is the fog light mounts and the plate with a bunch of random holes in it...

Now that I've looked at all the parts, I think I'm going to just have to hang out at the welding shop and help. Way too many parts.....

This should help you out. It shows the orientation and arrangement off all the parts:

I'll be trying to add in assembly instructions to my site ASAP but I'm pretty swamped processing the orders at the moment and catching up from the long thanksgiving weekend.

I'm having trouble understand how the mounts for the bumper go on as well as how the piece of metal below the bumper..

The pre fabbed center simply bolts on to the ends of the frame horns with the 2 holes on the ends. Then the long/thin U plate bolts onto the bottom of the frame(where the tow hooks bolt on) and then gets welded to the center section. Then there are those small additional bent L brackets with 4 slotted holes. They attach to the bottoms of the wings of the bumper (the plates you referred to earlier having all the holes and not knowing what they were) and also to the factory bumper mount locations that are in your front body mounts.

    Make sense?

    Edit:
visual reference. These are for a body lift though so the positions and proportions of some parts are a little different

Yeah, that original design was cleaner, but this is ultimately stronger and more adjustable for frame variances so I've gone this route now. We can mod yours into this style if you'd like Blake.

Okay, cool. Are all the bolts we need already on the truck? Or are the more bolts we need to go buy?

I remember when i did my two that i had to get shorter bolts for the bottom 4 bolts where the tow hooks are.

They should be re-used factory bolts for the majority, and a couple of bolts we included.
    2) M10 w/ shoulder nuts to attach the factory IFS skid (weld the nuts on, cant get to them with a wrench)
    4) 3/8" bolts w/ nuts and washers to bolt those extra mounts to the bottom of the wing plates
Ah, that could be a possibility. Those 2 tow hook bolts are pretty long.

What angle do you usually cut on the ends of the center hoop?

I usually angle it forward about 10-15*
Whatever looks good to you though. Thats the nice part of the DIY, you can adjust the little stuff to your preference.
