    I've heard of it but never really looked into it... Right now Im just following my coaches eating guide as closely as possible.... Im not sure if its a fad diet or not but most fad diets die out.....

    If anything I will always roll in with Amino Energy and Beta alanine - Platinum pre for the days I hate myself haha

    The only reason I loved working in the field. Used to train while replacing concrete steps at apt complexes. I got really good at super wide dead lifts because of it.

    Btw I sure do love how consistent my bowels become when I hit the gym

    true although i've been to the gym like a handful of times in the past few months instead of my usual 5 days a week i've noticed that my triceps are the only thing that havent lost strength and in fact they are the only thing i've "gained" lol been doing random spurts of close grip pushups :laugh:

    most pills ive seen can be opened up and you can just dump the contents into your shake. Thats what I do with creatine and glutamine.
