    Haha ah, gotcha.

    Try melatonin supplements. It's what your body naturally creates to make you tired. Doesn't work for me that great, so I've used ZQuil before. that stuff will knock you out!

    I'm willing to try anything...I always feel tired but not sleepy, then my mind feels like it has to run through every little thing going on. And with the way this past month has been its been good one day bad the next. I think my cousins girlfriend mentioned something about melatonin
