My dad has an 06 mustang. I like it. Feels like a batmobile its so wide and low. Has been wicked reliable with 70k or so on it. To bad the fuel economy is shit.

    yep you did!

Some dude came in with a 4.6 08 mustang I believe. I love the styling of those and the early 2000's mustangs.

I almost bought a Rausch Racing 07 mustang with leather and everything with like 18k miles for $17,000, but then I was like LOLRWD DD. NAWP!

    Shrug.
My family (immediate and extended) has always had Dodges, and always had good luck with them. They've also had the good sense never to buy one that was an automatic, haha. The exception was a '97 Ram that the body rusted like crazy. On the other hand, the 2005 GMC that they've got right now has had the front hubs replaced 3 times in just under 100k, and needed to have a section of the rear frame plated because of rust. It also bottoms out much more easily with a load in the bed, so after this they're going back to Dodges.

I, on the other hand, am the black sheep of the family with my Toyota.

One of my favorite quotes about GM.

"GM cars run bad longer than most cars run at all"

It's true. It's usually stupid shit that needs replacing.

Yeah... I know. Sadly, a lot of the mid-sized SUV's are like that now. The unit-body isn't necessarily a bad thing in my opinion, at least not for what I'll use it for. It'll still tow 5,000 lbs and supposedly the uni-body is pretty rigid. I'm not thrilled about it but it'll get the job done and there aren't a lot of other options that I like at the moment.

I know who it is, not banned, just not here.

I'm assuming that's a restaurant and not someplace that sells lemon-flavored string instruments as their name would imply?
