How did the snorkel affect your supercharger?

Nice, that is great to hear! I will be supercharging the truck at some point and I am definitely not getting rid of the snorkel.

How long did the snorkel install take?

Maybe 3hrs total. I had to do it in stages since my cordless drill didn't have enough ass for the hole saw.

You'll need a dremel to elongate the mounting holes since the template isn't perfect.

Good to know! I have a dremel and a beefy corded drill, so I am hoping to get it done in 2ish hours. One of those installs I don't want to rush though.

Yeah it's not a hard or long install. Especially if you've already been hacking on the truck with other projects.

Finally finished the 500 mile break in on the new gears today. Changed the diff fluids and reinstalled the skids. Now I can go fast again!

What drill you got? Trying to judge if my craftsman 19v lithium will hold up, only have one battery so downtime will be a while in between charges.

Doubt it'll do the job. My Skil 18V wasn't even close to being able to handle it. I went and got a 1/2" drive corded Black 'n Decker to do it. It ate through it with no problem.

Got an early Christmas present from the GF, Garmin Nuvi 2455LMT. No more using my phone for navigation! Hopefully the hardwire I bought for it will work and I won't have the current power wire all over the dash.

You can hardwire using the plug they supply that goes into the cig lighter. Very easy.

That was an option but wanted to keep that plug for when I use it in other vehicles.

Shoe Creek and Crab Tree Falls today! Had a good time and loving the new gears and lockers. Now I need tires that can match the performance of the gears and lockers.

Need to figure out if the compressor is heating up the line via ambient air or if it's via the brass nipple. It eventually heated up enough that when I was airing back up it blew off of the nipple.

No more than 90psi. It's swelling up from the heat of the compressor. Not sure how to isolate it since I think it's occurring via the hot brass 90* nipple.
