Can't beat free..... unless they fuck shit up or don't actually do the work. I'd inspect the hell out of your truck when you get it back. I don't trust them to do anything they say they do.

I am looking to trade my 16in TRD Off Road Alloy Wheel in exchange for someone's 16in Spare Steel Wheel (16 hole). I live in the Philadelphia area. I am interested in the Spare Wheel only, but am willing to include my tire in the exchange. PM me if you are interested.

I just got one two weeks ago, but I want the tire that's on there - care less about the wheel or your tire unless it's a 255/85/16 & even if it is I would only want the tire.

I may have a "hole" spare behind my shed I don't need. I'm super busy tonight and won't be home but remind me tomorrow and Ill take a look tomorrow night.

This is why I'm glad I trust my dealership. They are the only ones, other than myself, that touch my truck.

All it takes is that dealer to hire one scumbag to screw up your truck. Oil changes and 30k maintenance all go to the new guys who are young dumb and full of chum

Toyota has only touched my truck once and after that my but hurt so bad they never saw it again.....that was 6 years ago.

Fortunately I grew up with the owner's son and they're both into wheeling so they understand my truck pretty well. And I've been using the same service guy since I was 16. 105k and no problems with them yet

I have a silver sharpie I write my mileage on the top of my filter since I don't use the recommended intervals. Can also be used to check and see if dealer changes it.

Ditto. This is why I got upside down top hats and a death clunk going over bumps and now have to replace all 4 shocks... (xreas problems)

I refuse to believe that any mechanic took out a torque wrench for your lugs and didn't just impact the fuck out of them.

I do this too, great idea.

LOLZ.....he's going to get a flat then end up snapping half the lugs off just like what happened to Corey at Ants house. We went to loosen them up and snap after snap...

Not gonna lie, i'm pretty lazy and usually impact my lugs, but I'll generally do it like 90% of the way or like to one click of the impact, then hand tighten with breaker bar.

All this talk is reminding me I need to figure out a good interval to do maintenance on the truck now that it's only getting ~6-7k miles per year on it.

I should probably find out what kind of maintenance I should do since I'm almost hitting 200k. At around 180k now. I've really only done tires/alignment/radiator replacement/flush and oil/filter changes since I got it at 156.

I have several.... I also have an impact torque limited somewhere that I should find. - harbor freight version of these IIRC, they were way way cheaper - http://www.amazon.com/Anytime-Tools...qid=1386186245&sr=8-1&keywords=torque+limiter

Also 50 bucks for a rotation? The guys at firestone usually do it for 8 bucks when I go in for my lifetime alignments. Though, I'll do my own when I install my new coilovers and 5100s friday :D

Two oil changes per year? You're high. :rasta:

Probably just pick a good time of year to do oil change, rear diff and the other general stuff once a year. Then the full "30k" deal every other year or something.
