    You have me thinking now. In a perfect world I would have super tinted glass panels without handles.. I used to have a f150 super crew all blacked out like that. It does make it have that SUV look. That is a good idea. I also kind of like the solid color too. It kind of gives it a convoy look. What do you mean WRAPPED? With graphics or just high gloss finish?

    Did the snorkel yesterday. I am not sure if it is all in my head, or just because of the colder weather, but I think my RPM's stay a little lower at highway speed. I never even drove a full tank with my 35's on before I did the snorkel, so I will never really know how it affected my MPG independently.

    RPM vs. MPH can only change with a gear change (or motor change :)). Most likely, your snorkel is making things quieter, so it seems like the engine is working less.

    Thanks! Sure I will take a couple on my lunch break.

    I went with airflow. Definitely the way to go. Bigger inside diameter, fits the truck fantastic, and attaches to the stock air box without having to get something made for it.

    Yeah I know what you mean. I was saying with 35's before and after the snorkel. I think I was just being hopeful!

    With 33's My Speedo was off. With 35's My Speedo says 70, but I am going like 75.

    Actually, Ahshiet is right. It would result in lower RPM's and the speedo would be off by ~5-7 mph at highway speed (i.e. speedo says 65 but actual speed may be up to 73mph.)

    Yep. Bigger tire = less revolutions to go the same speed, which would be less RPM. Agreed... :)

    carefull, you're actually going faster than that. use a gps to figure out the actual factor to multiply by for your indevidual tire, sicne not all 35''s are the same size. but mathematically going from a (265/65/17 to a 315/70/17) you're undergoing a 12.45% change. that means that 70mph on the speedo is actually 78.7mph
