Perfect. I'll reply back to you now. I stayed late just so I can get this handled for you. Sorry for the troubles!

And reinforcing Andrew changing the code every now and then and trying to limit the GB to active TW members.
Been a lot of 1 and 2 posters popping a "Count me in" in the thread.

I think all of you guys forget how many of them are working there and how many emails and calls they get per day.

As for the nut stripping or whatever, they don't have replacements right now. Though if you really need one they might even consider taking a bowl off a "b-stock" projector to take care of issues.

Every time I have had an issue they were right there with a professional response. I ordered my first H1 kit and the ballast control box was bad. I needed my lights back ASAP. High beams weren't working and one of my lights was aimed low due to breaking an impossible to find adjuster. They shipped me a new controller for FREE, I paid $20 to have it overnighted just because I needed it.

Now I have the ballast not firing issue. Mainly left side, sometimes right side and twice both have not fired at the same time. They are getting new ones and shipping them out in a week or so. No biggie as you turn the lights off then on and they work.

Some of you guys go from 0 to 60 over the funniest things. You aren't the only person in the world with problems, you aren't the only person calling or emailing TRS and sometimes you probably forget they receive shipments, test everything, INSTALL LIGHTS and have to take photos and update their website. This is all on top of answering your emails and phone calls.

Coming from a retail business with big output and small staff. They are doing a good job.

Go ahead and stop spending money with them too, I'll make up for your sales anyway. Enjoy your halogens.

honestly I've been really happy with TRS. no complaints at all. i just can't wait to get the new ballasts:D oh and one more thing, is there any way to turn the projector from the back without unsealing my headlights so my cutoff line is a little straighter? it slopes down just the slightest bit but annoys me like crazy lol

And we're coming off of a 4-day weekend when they were closed, and ran a black friday discount all weekend.

They came in Monday to a shitload of orders and emails/phone messages.

I see there is a kit, I don't have the time to rebuild my headlights. Are there any ones that are already completed for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport?
