    I'm still not 100% sold on it, but am still curious about it. I'm just not gonna try it until I have everything figured out about it. My normal cutting routine works, I just like trying new stuff

    same, my normal routine is so easy, Lift, IF 6 hours, eat 2200 calories and sleep. But i been losing strength doing that, and i want to keep my strength when im cutting.

    i wouldn't worry about weight too much, when you are bulking let the mirror do the talk. if you gain 10 lbs and you look the same, whats the point.
