    So the bolts in the last model weren't working correctly so I went ahead and actually modeled them in. I think I've worked with this thing enough to actually build the complete model now and see what it does.

    vertical tube is the headlight hoop on his ARB. we're going to be making some removable fender guards that link from his bumper to slider.

    I remember now! Got it.

    Well, in that case. Would the two pieces holding the side tube in olace be strong enoguh to withstand and impack? Might be better to just make it one solid piece with a flared end, then slide the tube with a bolt holding it in place?

    I'm using the ARB clamps on the bull bar. I'm assuming the side rail will deflect more than I want it too before the clamp or bolts break.

    I can speak from personal experience that yes, those working behind the counter do know something about what they have. You learn pretty quick when you work in a jewelry store/dept about most everything associated with diamonds in order to actually help someone who may not otherwise know what they are looking for.
