    Need truck for hunting
This will be my first truck forum and first forum overall. I'm Joe, real name not faking, and I'm looking to get into my first truck. I've done quite a bit of research and I work for a rental company, which led me to the Tacoma. I've worked on my own cars all of my life and grew up in the city with a country mindset. I love to hunt and I desperately need a truck. I have a ridiculously low budget for my needs but not unattainable. 17500 OTR for a clean 4x4 with less than 70k miles and 08 or newer. If I'm crazy let me know lol. I look forward to reading a lot of posts on here and when I fin my new Tacoma I will post pics before as after I get my hands on it.

You could get a 4 cyl for that amount pretty easily, depending on where you are it would be a good possibility to get a V6 for that price as well, regional Bs for sure.

    Bone stock. For now.
Not sure what part of Kentucky you're in, but here's a start. All Regular Cab, 4x4, 4cyl, 5 spd, within 200 miles of Lexington, KY.

If you're looking for more options than these you'll either have to expand your budget, or get a different truck.

Earlier this year i got my 4 cyl 4x4 with 43k on it for 20k. I am sure you can find an 08-10 with around the same miles for around 17.5k. Keep looking and don't jump the gun on the first one you see. (unless it is a great deal. Buy that shit right away if it is because someone else will if you don't).

Where in Ky are you? I'm in Monticello next to the Tn line and if your kind of close I'll keep an eye out for a deal. Are you looking for 4 cyl or V6, single cab, access cab, or double cab, straight shift or auto? I think you can probably find one for that money and miles but its probably gonna be 4 banger and single cab, maybe access cab.

I drive a 98 3.4L V6 SR5 4wd Tacoma. I got mine with 90,xxx 8 months ago for $13,000. Mine is bulletproof, I don't rag on it at all, but engine runs strong. The previous owner before me replaced everything that is "recommended" at 87k. New timing, all new KYB and Bilstein Suspension. If you get a perfect one like mine. You will be satisfied
