School is cancelled. So I made scrambled eggs, onions, peppers and fried potatoes! Doesn't get much better than that!

 

This week was back week for daddy sexypants. Love the fact that this is a mix of gym talk and foody talk. HOWEVER, these food posts would be SO MUCH BETTER with PICS

Im eating oatmeal with berries casein and almond butter w/a peppermint mocha coffee from starbucks.... its fkn freezing here and I want it...

 

I always feel like a fatty when I kill a whole pizza solo. #dirtybulk

 

I feel like a champ when I solodolo a pizza to myself. Feel like a fatty when I consume an entire fried chicken.

 

back when i was running/lifting like a mad man in school i'd down a whole pizza every now and then. if i do that now, its bad news bears.

 

anything with a chilli husk in it is bad news bears for my butthole. Used to take months, then weeks, then days, then hours, now its literally minutes before I am on the pot with my stomach forcefully rushing it out my sphincter hole

 

theres a local place here in town for pizza fukn love it... 10" pizza thin crust turkey green chile and cheddar .... witha bit of ranch dressing (almost what they are famous for haha) boom.... down that with a side salad.... thats a good meal

 

Meeting some TW guys for all you can eat wings next week here in VA. gonna have to get a mean lift-sesh in before and then go commit chicken genocide

I was happy I work at my college yesterday... Snow storm cancelled the last part of the day and if the students get out, we get out... Murica!

 

No eat like shit, its winter, fatten up to stay warm

 

Pull up to a car thats stuck, tells the driver "yeah hook the strap thats on the back of my truck up to your front bumper, and I will pull you out. Yesterday was leg day im to sore to get out of the truck" LOL

 

FAIL! NO!

 

Today was leg day and my buddy wore gloves..... So I told him...

Wearing gloves on leg day is like putting clamps on the smith machine. Lol he's weird.

 

gloves on any day are.... WTF... I dont even wear gloves when its cold outside

 

I fucked up, totally screwed the low carb calibration, i don't think carb back loading is for me, i love carbs way too much. it was not pretty lets just say cookies and donuts were involved. legs today tho so imma gonna kill them glycogens. 10 sets of 10 back squats, stiff leg deads and cardio.

 

I wear gloves when I snowboard. Lol

But never in the gym. I'm always clowning on him for it.

 

i wear gloves when i do anything gear oil related, that shit stink.
