    That's how gta4 is. And you used to never fly out in gta4 up till about 3 years ago when they did an update. It was awesome ramming everything full blast with no concequences.

    So I have a question... When I do a retrofit I'm gonna go to HIDs and do the foglight mod with HIDs bulbs. I need to order a separate ballast with the lights right?

    Ok lets face it they're all pretty damn good. I'd say the american one has come a long ways since it was launched as well. If you watch the early british ones (There's 16 or 17 seasons) they kinda sucked too
