12.5s are too wide. I'd rather have like a 35x10.5x17 but they don't make those :(

    Morning everyone

No sense dilly dallying. Especially when it's cold! I have to move out of my apartment this year... I think I'm just going to put all my furniture on the front lawn haha... Furnished the entire apartment for less than $100... Only things worth keeping are my couch and bed lol

Yeah I've done that several times. Makes it easier, I just have all of my couches to a friend that got his first house. My wanted all new stuff so it worked out.

Truth! In fact the couches I'm giving them were given to me by a friend. They are nice but they are massive and I'm down sizing from couches to couch and small chair. It's nice to get things when money is tight for sure.

I'm glad my places are always bachelor pads so I don't have to color coordinate anything. Sure, grandma's white floral couch doesn't match my orange recliner or brown carpet, but it's 0 dollar price tag matches my budget perfectly haha

That's living the dream my friend. In college we had a big room and it had couches all the way around on every wall with a projector at the other end it was amazing. Then I get married and everything has to match and be new. :(

My place at school is super classy... Blue walls with wood paneling on the bottom half, a vinyl rug that looks like wood floors, and a brown leather sectional. My roommate built a sweet bar that has a fish tank in it and when I go back we'll double up on all our audio equipment. Quite the party pad haha

I'm hoping it get there. It looks like today is goin to be warmer. It's sunny out at least.

Yeah with this house I just bought we got all new everything furniture, plates, new tv's, beds, ect and now my bank account hurts. But it's nice to have all new stuff with a newly built house.. At least that's what I keep telling my self.

Yeah I had a fully furnished 3 bed room house before building my current house. My wife wanted all brand new stuff. So sold a lot, gave more away. My storage unit is all my outdoor gear and kids stuff.

Nice that's a good plan. I flipped my last and made a huge profit on it. I think I'm on a 5-7 year plan in this house then ill move again.
