Looking good guys.... I am #5 on the next batch, this has been a long wait for sure....

Giving birth to an offspring of Raptors...' grilles.

 

It's not easy but it is a lot of fun.

When it stops being fun I'll stop making them. Pretty simple

 

Or bring in an apprentice.

They most certainly are - along with a replacement for Hagen's that got damaged in shipping.

To update:
The mesh goes to p/c Friday. There are 4 thin-lip grills and 6 Raptor grills in this current build. The 4 thin lips are through with the fabrication process and are essentially ready to assemble. The Raptors are a different story - the 6 are about 1/2 way through fabrication. I wish I was further along but an unexpected trip to the ER with my wife at 1:30am this past Saturday put me back. No worries - she'll be fine. She had a hernia flare up and was in a lot of pain - will have to get another surgery to repair it.

This is the largest batch of raptor grills that I have taken on to date. I had thoughts of separating out them from the rest of the orders but after much consideration I decided to keep the wait list as it stands. It just did not seem fair to make anyone wait even longer for a grill just because of the style they requested.

That being said I have to respectfully ask that you all continue to be patient with me. If you're on my list and you want a grill, I'll build it for you. It's just going to take time.

On another note - I have a grill in this batch that has not been paid for. It will be exactly like this once completed:



I sent out the invoice on 11/25 and it is an M1 Thin lip satoshi in Magnetic Grey Metallic (1G3).

If anyone is interested in it please reach out. I'll give the original purchaser until Friday to complete the transaction after that it will be up for grabs.

This grill has been sold and the OP list adjusted appropriately.

 

I just received a PM that one of the members in the current batch wrecked his truck and will not need his grill...
He's apparently OK but his truck is not.
His grill will look exactly like this:



M4 in 1E7 Silver Streak Mica.

Got a bunch of stuff done - Raptors are 100% formed, just need to be cut and painted.
I'll have all the components back this coming week so I can start assembly next weekend.
Once assembly begins I'll look to PM the next batch.
