    Yup! So pumped! Still pissed I couldn't get those skids off. Got beaten by a single bolt. I honestly stopped shivering 15 mins from my apt with the heat on the entire hour and twenty min drive home.

    Nope got brads. I tried pulling his bud built setup off too but they have bolts with round heads and nylon locking nuts and I couldn't get it off. I got every bolt off the rear most skid except this one and tried everything from yanking on the skid to put pressure on it to loosen it to burning the nylon out with a pocket torch I had. After struggling with it for an hour and a half lying in a puddle I decided to call it quits. Sucks too cause those skids were still in really good shape. Of course the locker swap was the easiest part, that took 20 mins max since I've pulled my locker actuator numerous times already.
