    It depends. Were they racing or just driving the speed limit? The answer is probably obvious using common sense, but it might be hard to prove in a court room. I'm no lawyer though.

    I agree, but if the cops decide they think some sort of illegal group racing or something was going on they will be very interested in seeing the video/pics and charging everyone involved. Just saying, if that video was on Jalopnik they would probably have the name and address of every car owner you can see within a couple hours.
