Yes, yes it is. There is no getting around that. I think I'll work from home today. Too dangerous to drive in these conditions.

Looks like your bitter cold trend is over.

:( Freezing rain/drizzle is back in our forecast for today...nothing here yet. :notsure:

Wind gust to 50MPH (25-35 sustanined) start coming in tonight through Thursday. Always something to gripe about in the weather.

Still got "N/A" tracking status on those two packages?

EDIT: simulpost ... Scott, you Dick, further mis-routing of Weesa's compressor? Where's your Christmas spirit? ;)

same here. people have to relearn how to drive every winter. i was impressed this last week that most people seemed to be doing OK and going slow.

    clear and 20 here :D
maybe now the roads will melt a little and I won't feel like I'm driving on a hockey rink everywhere I go.

Naw, just lazy and don't need to be in the office to work on the current job at its current stage. Just need peace and quiet. I usually don't leave until just before 9 anyway so all the chaotic riffraff clock-punchers are out of the way.

yup! 20's and 30's in the forecast now...feels nice after what we've endured the last week! supposed to get a bunch of snow but I don't care at this point - I'm just happy it will be warm enough to melt the roads a little.

Yup - delivery date not applicable. I hate fedex smartpost. they've lost packages before so I'm a little wary of them. I ordered a winter coat a couple of years ago and it disappeared. I reordered it and had it shipped a different route - i didn't have to pay for the 2nd coat since i declared it missing. then the original package shows up like 2 months later  i sent it back because i'm honest like that and the customer service people were really understanding when i had to get the 2nd coat on order.

our local weather man has spent less time talking about our weather and more time talking about the weather in the rest of the country lately  he mentioned that your area was going to get hit today. careful with that 5 lugger out there ;)

I want this freezing rain crap to GO AWAY! I'd be happier at 10F w/ 2 feet of snow.

We have 30 mph winds with another inch of snow coming tonight. Visibility could get interesting.

I'll take the snow in my driveway; I haz equipment to handle that and it gives me something to do.

Probably done with lights; unless/until Kristi sees something she likes more and wants it added/swapped out. I actually did the rewire myself on the buck. Grand kids ended up not coming, guess they weren't behaving so not coming to spend the night with us was the punishment. We don't always see eye to eye with our DIL...I'll leave it at that. That took the wind out of Kristi's motivation to decorate. So I took up the Doc McStuffins role with the deer.

 Dave. Hope that storm doesn't hit you to hard.

Take the hint man..... you've been being ignored for months.

& stop trying to get in on my woman of the web. You creep her out, especially when using my pet name for her.

Morning Lisa, power has been more reliable since the tree crew from Iowa came through last year. No problems so far, but this is a pretty minor snowfall.

    Exactly.

    x2 Dave.

On a positive note, the UPS guy found our house last night with my Cabelas Dri-Plus insulated Bibs and Jacket. They fit :woot: ... Back in the box to be wrapped under the tree. :)
