the reason im asking is because tons of people have up "holiday decorations"
this girl on my team has a little santa on her desk that says ho ho ho merry christmas, and they took it down for her. they are small decorations.
well she came back in today furious, and she put them right back up.
she is ex military, still in the reserves. kinda curious as to what could happen..

And interesting are you 100% your work took it down? Curious, where do you work? And if it went to court it could get interesting as this argument has become overly heated in the past decade.

 

im 100% sure as i watched my manager go to her desk, and put it in her drawer lol. i asked her why, she told me they got an email from higher up saying no decorations can say christmas on them.
i work at bank of america (yes i love it here)
it would be interesting that is for sure. the bank would lose though, i think lol. unless theres something im missing

Depends on the court system that it ended up in, but being that it is BofA they will win as there lawyers are deeper then the extent of our solar system. If you don't believe me look at the recession they caused and the fact that no one went to JAIL........ Too bad you didn catch any of that on candid camera though. Social and MASS MEDIA would of had a field day. Would have gone over like a pregnant nun at a papal mass.

I fixed the hoopties I got so things of that nature wouldn happen. What I'm driving at is it just didn happen out of thin air. Something was wrong with the car or somebody lit it on fire. A car that has been parked will not just light itself on fire.
